The first type H1N1 influenza of the news of morning newspaper wreaks havoc in the whole world, another influenza breaks out in U.S.A. silently too, and estimate that as many as ten thousand infect the case. The mortality of such fatal influenza may be up to 8%. The scientist believed, this kind of H3N8 dog's influenza was from horses' mutation 5 years ago, and infected on the dog, but never infected the mankind.
Last week, United States Department of Agriculture had already sanctioned introducing vaccine directed against this kind of influenza.
