Disease is summed up:
Ischemic many shape room tachycardia (ischemia polymorphic ventriculartachycardia, IPVT) Belong to a kind of type in a normal type many shape room tachycardia among Q-T. Room tachycardia is break out, can have palpitation, uncomfortable in chest dizzy, faint, A - Sri Lankan's syndrome, dying suddenly. Originally type room tachycardia breaks out unstably. The physical sign of symptom:

1.Check the characteristic in electrocardiogram
(1)Room tachycardia takes the form of much shape: Can partly present turning back room tachycardia in the peak. QRS wave increases the wide, deformity, time limit> 0.12s (Fig. 1) .
(2)Ventricle rate is 150- 300 times min: Irregularity of pulse.
(3)Can present and break out repeatedly: It is indefinite to break out in duration each time, can return to normal after the short one 1- 2min.
(4)Break out the intersection of intermittence and issue, the intersection of T and wave, the intersection of U and normal wave under issues of Q-T: The one room shrinks and brings out the phenomenon before one without long - short girth or extremely short while uniting law, but can be seen in flat R-on-T and shrink before one.
